At Bestline Sports, you can buy points in ½-point increments, with the vig being adjusted accordingly. Many players like to buy points in order to move on or off “key” numbers. For example, if you like a 6 ½-point underdog in the NFL, you may decide to buy ½ point, making the line +7 (laying 6/5), or you may decide to buy a full point, making the line +7 ½ (laying 13/10). Following are the Payoff Odds for buying points, and a note about buying on or off 3 points in Pro Football:

Vig is increased when buying on or off 3 points in Pro Football. For example, if you buy ½ point to move from -3 ½ to -3, you would lay 13/10. If you buy a full point to move from -3 ½ to -2 ½, you would lay 3/2.
