1.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed to wager.

BETRCI reserves the right to refuse a wager from anyone or suspend an account at any time.

Once we accept your bet you cannot cancel or amend that bet in any way.

We will make every effort to ensure that all information available on our web site is accurate; however, in the case of obvious mechanical, technical or human error in the prices or conditions we publish, we reserve the right, at our discretion, either to modify your wager and pay you out at the correct prices or to “No-Action” your wager.

5.

You must place your bet and we must accept that bet before the start of the game or event wagered on. Any bet placed or received after the start of the game or event wagered on will be void.

6.

We will not honor any wager you claim has been placed unless that wager is listed in your pending or scored history sheet.

7.

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw any game at our absolute discretion and we also reserve the right to refuse or to limit any wager.

8.

We accept no responsibility for the cancellation of any game for any reason.

9.

BETRCI may restrict, cancel or limit any wager from countries that prohibit sports wagering.

10.

All rules, regulations, and payoffs listed herein are subject to change without prior written notice.

11.

BETRCI relies entirely upon the accuracy of the information provided by the customer in the customer application form.

12.

Any misrepresentation by the customer is not the responsibility of BETRCI.

13.

BETRCI customers are limited to one account, and one account only. Multiple accounts are subject to forfeiture of all bonus and other awards, as well as account funds.

14.

All accounts are private and confidential, in accordance with BETRCI Privacy Code.

15.

All telephone communication is recorded for accuracy and held for reference in the event of disputes.

16.

The winner of an event is determined on the date of the event's conclusion.

17.

All minimum, maximum, and payoff odds are subject to change without notice.

18.

All players must confirm their wagers with the telephone clerk by stating their account number and password (READ BACK IS FINAL). In the event of a misconnection or incomplete transmittal, the wager is void.

19.

All disputes arising from telephone wagers will be resolved by the telephone recorded read back and will be ruled final.

20.

If funds are credited to a customer account in error, it is the customer's responsibility to notify BETRCI immediately.  All funds will be credited back to Bestline, and the wager will be void.

21.

All events must be played on the date scheduled, unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled, that event will be No-Action.

22.

When wagering on halftime lines, the overtime period is included as a part of the second half.

23.

On totals wagers, the overtime period is included in the final score.

24.

For all futures wagers, the winner as determined by the league commissioner is also the winner for wagering purposes.

25.

All customer transactions are confidential and are not reported to any financial or government agency. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether transactions are reported to appropriate agencies.

26.

When wagering online, the customer must verify account balances upon each login and prior to wagering. When the balance is verified and accepted, the customer agrees that all previous transactions are correct, and not  subject to claim. BETRCI is not responsible for any damages or losses alleged to have resulted from or been caused by this web portal. This includes anyone's misuse of the contents, misconnection, delay in operations or transmission, failure of communication lines, or any errors/omissions of content.

It is the responsibility of the online wagering customer to maintain their e-mail account, provide the correct e-mail address and to advise BETRCI of any changes in address. Any online wagering customer not having an e-mail address accessible to BETRCI will have his account suspended.

29.

All online transactions are logged and backed up for security. This backup will serve as final authority in resolving       any disputes. Claims must be made within three days from the date of wager. No claims will be recognized after       three days from the date of      wager.

30.

All online wagers are the sole responsibility of the customer. Online wagers cannot be reversed after the event       starts, or after      the line has changed.

31.

All transactions and wagers shall be considered originating from Panama City, Panama, and governed by the laws      of Panama.
