Bill Meyer to do list:

1)  create a client view in the database
2)  create bet view in the database
3)  fix loign.asp to have the focus on the user code box
4)  remove extra spaces from the parle sub menu
5)  fix the colmun selections checkbox for all types of games on the parle sub menu (it only works for football now)
6)  remove the extra spaces from the parle betting menu
7)  fix the page to list NFL,  College Footbal, NBA, College Basketball etc. to be listed separately
8)  fix the listing to be in organized fashion in the parle review page (i.e. games first, 1/2s, and then qrters)
8)  add the yellow figure display at the bottom of the final parle confirmation page 
9)  we need to test the line change while betting and displaying the red line change display.
10) Make the streight bet page work just as the parle
11) the going back on the parle bet and making a second bet still takes a bet which is a problem
